Professor Christian Van Niewerburgh is a leading academic in the field of coaching and a practising executive coach. He is Professor of Coaching and Positive Psychology at University of East London and Director of International Partnerships for Growth Coaching International.
He is the author of Coaching in Professional Contexts (Sage, 2016), Coaching in Professional Contexts (2015), An Introduction to Coaching Skills: A Practical Guide (Sage, 2014), and the editor of Coaching in Education: Getting Better Results for Students, Educators and Parents (Karnac, 2012). He is also the co-author of The Leaders Guide to Coaching in Schools: Creating Conditions for Effective Learning (2017) and Coaching in Islamic Culture: The Principles and Practice of Ershad (2017).

Jason Pascoe is a Director of Growth Coaching International. He is highly regarded and experienced coach, facilitator and keynote speaker who brings his own experience as a school leader to his role at Growth Coaching International. His dynamic and energetic presentation approach as well as his experience and deep knowledge of professional learning have enabled him to build relationships with leaders in education across all sectors.
His coaching projects, programs and workshops are designed to support people to reach their potential. Recent projects across Australia include coaching school leaders for the BASTOW Educational Leadership Institute in Victoria; coaching training for the NSW Department of Education; the NSW Association of Independent Schools; NSW Secondary Principals Council; as well as projects with indigenous learning.
Dr. Antonio (Tony) Fernando is a psychiatrist, sleep specialist and a senior lecturer in Psychological Medicine at the University of Auckland. In 2015, he received the Chair’s award by the New Zealand Medical Association, the highest recognition given by the association to any doctor in New Zealand for his work on physical wellbeing. In January of 2017, he received temporary ordination as a Buddhist monk. He is in the final stages of his PhD at the University of Auckland, studying compassion in medicine. More recently, he started a weekly mindfulness and emotional balance programme for inmates at Mt Eden Correctional Facility in Auckland.
