Our vision, Learning to Grow, Growing to Learn, reflects who we are and what we aspire to be.

You will be an experienced Leader of People, able to nurture a collaborative, high-trust culture where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
You will communicate clearly, make sound decisions, and work in partnership with our capable Board and Senior Leadership Team to enact a shared vision for the future.
As a Leader of Learning, you will bring strength in curriculum, pedagogy, and evidence-based practice, ensuring every child — including our diverse, multilingual, and neurodiverse learners — is supported to progress and achieve.
