We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Principal, with a focus on Years 4 to 8. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to nurturing relationships, strengthening practice, and contributing to the strategic direction of our school.

The successful applicant will:

• Provide strategic leadership alongside the Principal and SLT
• Lead and support the Year 4–8 team, fostering quality teaching and learning
• Champion literacy, assessment, and culturally responsive practices
• Lead MASAM and give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Support student transitions, pastoral care, and leadership development
• Mentor and coach staff, including provisionally registered teachers
• Coordinate school events, extracurricular activities, and arts programmes
