Mayfield School has been serving the community of Otara, Auckland since 1964. The school is a contributing Primary School, providing quality education to learners in years 0 to 6. We are seeking a leader who is passionate, future-focused, and committed to fostering an inclusive, high-achieving school environment. - Leads with integrity, empathy and fairness and transparent communication, empowering and inspiring others.
Pou Tikanga Māori | Giving Effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Leads with a deep commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, embedding its principles throughout school life.
- Values and integrates te reo Māori and tikanga Māori, celebrating diversity and supporting identity, language, and culture.
Pou Mahi | Leader of Operations
- Leads efficient school operations through robust systems, sound decision-making, and strategic resource management.
