What others have said

Everything was really worthwhile - I am at the beginning of my career as a DP and the thought of a "new appraisal system" was quite daunting, however today took me through step by step which was really appreciated. I now know what our next steps need to be and I have had the opportunity to share with other schools and listen to the great ideas they have put in place. This is on top of the fantastic content knowledge shared by both Jan and Nicky.

This was a very professionally run workshop, well prepared, a range of interaction options, a good flow for the day with positive, well-informed, and engaging presenters - there was no chance to get off task and check my emails! This is the best PD I have done in a while generally and definitely the best run as a zoom option. Even though we were not meeting in person there were plenty of well-timed and focused chats with a range of other participants through the break-out rooms. I probably spoke to more people than I would have if we were in person. Small numbers on the course kept people accountable not to be off task.
