Beachlands School is a large full primary school on the beautiful Pohutukawa Coast. The Beachlands community is a 20-minute drive to Howick, Manukau and Botany shopping areas, and a 30-minute ferry ride leaving from Pine Harbour and arriving in the heart of Queen Street.

Our vision - ‘Everyday Learning & Growing Together’ – ‘Me mātau Ra’ underpins all we do. Our FERN values (Friendship, Encouragement, Respect and Nurture) are central to the way we interact as a school community.

We strive to deliver evidence-based literacy and numeracy while maintaining a well-balanced curriculum and holistic focus including STEM, EOTC, arts, culture, and sport. Te Reo and Tikanga Māori are valued and interwoven throughout our curriculum.

Our Board is collaborative and supports our school leaders and staff to implement the school’s vision and strategic plan.
