Deputy Principal

Campbells Bay School has a very exciting opportunity for a Deputy Principal to join our senior leadership team. This role will provide leadership for either our Year 0-3 or Year 4-6 syndicate, working in an environment that encourages staff to flourish and thrive as professionals.

We are seeking a progressive and visible leader who will live our vision of 'striving to be the best they can be' and actively champion our school values. The ideal candidate will lead with integrity and a great sense of humour. You must possess strong curriculum knowledge, a deep understanding of Assessment for Learning (AfL), and a genuine commitment to growing and integrating Te Ao Māori within our kura.

This position is fully released and includes 5 permanent units. We recognise exceptional skills, and further units may be negotiable for a leader bringing specific additional knowledge or expertise.
