Randwick Park School, located in the heart of Manurewa, Auckland, is a vibrant, multicultural full primary school, home to 670 tamariki and a dedicated staff of 75. We're seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Associate Principal to join our senior leadership team, where you'll play a key role in guiding our school’s strategic direction and ensuring the success of our diverse learners.

As an Associate Principal, you will:

• Lead with vision: Work alongside our Senior Leadership Team to shape our strategic plan and ensure classroom practice aligns with our goals.
• Inspire and support staff: Foster a collaborative culture where teachers feel empowered and supported to innovate and grow.
• Champion student success: Build strong connections with tamariki, whānau, and the wider community, promoting inclusivity and cultural diversity.
• Drive excellence: Oversee teacher practice and ensure high standards of curriculum delivery, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Be a visible leader: Engage with students in classrooms and playgrounds, setting the tone for positive behaviour and learning outcomes.

You will need to demonstrate strong relational skills, be an effective communicator, and have a passion for inclusive education. If you are a dynamic, solution-focused leader ready to inspire and drive change, we want to hear from you!
