We are looking for a leader who:
- Is an experienced and capable strategic leader
- Is highly relational and values relationships with our students, staff and the community
- Can work collaboratively to lead the development and implementation of our changing curriculum, preferably with expertise in Mathematics
- Has a depth of pedagogical understanding
- Brings experience to further strengthen our year 4 – 6 teaching and pastoral care
- Can lead change, is agile in adapting to the changing needs in a fast-moving environment
- Is enthusiastic and knowledgeable in EOTC and who can plan well to minimise risks
- Is well organised and can timetable teacher release and specialisation in a large school
