The successful applicant will bring proven educational leadership, a deep understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum, a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the ability to sustain a positive, high-trust culture for staff, students and whānau.

Gladstone benefits from experienced and passionate teachers, a strong distributed leadership structure, rich specialist programmes, excellent facilities, and a community that is deeply invested in the success and wellbeing of its tamariki.

An Exciting Opportunity
