You will help bring our vision- we serve with honour, we learn with passion and we lead with integrity, and our values—Manaaki, Kairangi, and Ārahi—to life, while supporting our unique bilingual and immersion pathways and diverse community.
Who we are looking for:
You are an experienced and relational leader who brings:
- Proven senior leadership experience and strategic thinking
- Deep expertise in curriculum, assessment, and effective pedagogy
- Strong data literacy and the ability to use evidence to drive improvement
- Experience leading pedagogical change and building teacher capability
- A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice
- Confidence in leading culturally sustaining approaches across a diverse school
- The ability to build high-trust relationships and work collaboratively
- Clear communication, organisation, and the ability to deliver at pace
- Visibility, energy, humour, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
If you are ready to lead, influence, and make a lasting impact, we would love to hear from you.
We encourage you to visit our school. The details to arrange a suitable time are on page 7 of the application pack.
