We are seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our collaborative Senior Leadership Team as Deputy Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and relational leader who is passionate about leading learning, developing people, and making a meaningful difference for students, staff and whānau.

We are looking for a leader who:
- Leads strategically with clarity, vision and strong execution
- Demonstrates exceptional pedagogical knowledge and evidence-based practice
- Can lead curriculum development and implementation of Te Mātaiaho
- Builds coaching capability and supports professional growth in others
- Is highly relational, approachable, positive and solutions-focused
- Understands culturally responsive practice and honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Has expertise in assessment for learning, data analysis and improvement inquiry
- Supports inclusive practices that enable all learners to thrive
- Brings strengths in numeracy leadership (preferred)
