About Rowan

Rowan is a Director at The Education Group, bringing a diverse background to the team. His experience spans roles as a secondary school Deputy Principal, mathematics teacher, Business Analyst and rugby coach. He is driven by a strong passion for promoting equity and success, particularly for a school’s most vulnerable students.

Rowan specialises in translating current research into practical strategies for leaders and teachers. He has worked extensively in student mentoring and achievement tracking to inform effective academic and pastoral interventions, ensuring that student learning needs remain the priority within a well-functioning learning community.

Rowan supports schools with the following services:
