We’re excited to launch our new Being an Effective AP/DP (Primary and Intermediate) programme. This two-day practical workshop is designed for current and aspiring Assistant and Deputy Principals who want to strengthen their confidence, capability, and impact as leaders.

Across the two days you will:

Understand yourself as a leader

  • Complete a personal DISC analysis to explore your behavioural style and leadership strengths.
  • Reflect on your own leadership journey and identify areas for growth.

Strengthen your leadership of people and teams

  • Explore strategies for leading change and addressing the dysfunctions of a team.
  • Learn how to lead schoolwide teams effectively.
  • Build confidence in providing clear, constructive feedback.

Deepen your leadership of teaching and learning

  • Work with teachers on their Professional Growth Cycles.
  • Conduct schoolwide and curriculum reviews with clarity and purpose.

Connect theory with practice

  • Develop a practical understanding of key leadership theories and how they apply in your role.

You’ll leave with practical tools, fresh insights, and the confidence to make a real difference in your leadership role.
