“…our talk was very focused on the ideas and concepts that were being brought up. There were many things that you discussed that ignited debate and we were discussing how it would impact both our learners and our teams. We found this PD amazingly valuable and we’re sitting around the table still unpacking and discussing ideas and how we’re going to change our team leader practice. We felt it was valuable to sit together today to collaborate on the changes that we can make right now and share across the school.”
Mike Morgan, Team Leader, Takapuna Normal Intermediate School (ML)
I thought it was brilliant! You are both extremely knowledgeable and it's nice to go to what I would refer to as 'proper PD', run by sensible people! The two APs at my school are on another leadership course of yours so it's been good to bounce ideas off each other, and I was pleased to find they purchased your lesson observation templates.
