This course is suitable for new HODs/HOLs/HOFs/HOLAs of any sized department, learning area or faculty, and for leaders who want to refresh or review their practice.

  • Designing programmes/courses to ensure student achievement
  • Planning, assessment and moderation responsibilities
  • Managing personnel and team dynamics
  • Fronting issues and managing conflict
  • Making appraisal efficient and effective
  • Integrating quality teacher inquiry into appraisal


  • $650 + GST per person
  • 3+ registrations from the same school: $590 + GST per person

  • Registration on day one opens at 8:15 am.  Tea and Coffee will be available
  • Workshop starts promptly at 8:30 am each day and finishes day one at 3:30 pm and day two at 3:00 pm
