Cancellation Policy
If due to COVID restrictions workshops are unable to take place face to face, you will be given the option to participate online via zoom.
- The Education Group requires 10 clear working days’ notice in writing or by email of a cancellation prior to the commencement of a workshop.
- An administration charge of $50 plus GST per registration transaction will apply to any cancellation made within the time period above.
- If you are unable to give such notice you may arrange for another person to attend in your place. Unless such notice is given, full fees are payable and refunds will not be given. However, you will still receive the event documentation where applicable.
- Payment of fees is expected for non-attendance with the above criteria. There is no refund or credit for “no-shows” the day of the workshop.
- Should an event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it. In this instance, The Education Group Ltd will provide a full refund but will not accept responsibility for travel and accommodation costs incurred by participants.
- In the event that a workshop is cancelled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee.
By registering for any of the Growth Coaching New Zealand workshops the following cancellation policy applies:
All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing or by email
If you are unable to attend the programme you may transfer:
- your registration to another nominated person
- to another programme. However, only one change is allowed. Rescheduling must take place within 12 months of initial programme.
Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop:
- $75 plus GST administrative fee for rescheduling requests or nominating another attendee or
- 70% refund of the programme fee plus GST for refund requests.
Cancellations up to 5 days prior to the workshop:
- $100 plus GST administrative fee for rescheduling requests or nominating another attendee or
- 50% refund of the programme fee plus GST for refund requests.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop:
- $150 plus GST administrative fee for rescheduling requests or nominating another attendee or
- 25% refund of the programme fee plus GST for refund requests.
There is no refund or credit for “no-shows” the day of the workshop.
In the event that the Programme is cancelled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee.
