Our comprehensive, evidence-based leadership programme comprises two strands:

  • Two consecutive symposium days

This is an excellent opportunity for your senior leadership team whether you are refreshing, wanting to lift to the next level, or a brand new team. We will extend your individual capability, build your collective leadership capacity and refresh your collective practice.

You will have access to some of the latest national and international leadership thinking and research. We are interactive and practical and will provide many opportunities for your team to think about and apply content to your particular context.

A special feature is our workshop using the internationally recognised Extended DISC Behavioural Analysis Assessment, that will strengthen your SLT culture and dynamics:

  • Leading for lasting impact
  • Mastering the art of communication and connection
  • Empowering exceptional teams at every level of the school
  • Creating a school that is coherent and united in purpose and passion
  • Driving transformative change and enabling sustainability
  • Turning obstacles and crises into opportunities

Managing Challenging Conversations
Giving open, honest, timely feedback is one of the most important roles a leader can play. It is also, possibly, the number one area where a leader may become derailed. Likewise, being involved in helping to facilitate differences between groups and individuals also presents its challenges. This course provides a practical, conversational approach for achieving constructive solutions where everyone feels heard and respected.
