Cultivating a High Impact Senior Leadership Team

Our comprehensive, evidence-based leadership programme comprises two strands:

• Two consecutive symposium days
• Three Senior Leadership Team PLGs organised at times to suit and focused on areas bespoke to your team’s needs (online - 2 hours)

This is an excellent opportunity for your senior leadership team whether you are refreshing, wanting to lift to the next level, or a brand new team. We will extend your individual capability, build your collective leadership capacity and refresh your collective practice.

You will have access to some of the latest national and international leadership thinking and research. We are interactive and practical and will provide many opportunities for your team to think about and apply content to your particular context.
