What others have said

I am writing to express my gratitude to you, Kay and Jan for facilitating the recent ‘Being an Effective Head of Department’ course in Auckland. The course was extremely informative, practical and dynamic. I thoroughly enjoyed the interactive discussions and learning such a wide range of strategies through practical examples and modelled techniques.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent workshop you both facilitated. The key aspects of Module 4 - Lead Improvement and Change, particularly the transition from strolling to effective movement, stood out as the best part of the course. The wave diagram in the section on leading change was clear and very helpful. Additionally, the naturally occurring evidence diagram was well-presented. I thoroughly enjoyed the discussions and promise to write to you both about my next steps.
Thanks, Jan Hill and Rowan Johanson for your constant encouragement.
