What others have said

The workshop equipped me with valuable tools and frameworks for navigating challenging conversations. Learning these strategies has given me the confidence to approach difficult conversations with colleagues constructively. I feel empowered to address issues head-on.

The presenters' clear explanations and engaging delivery style made the content easy to understand and remember. I particularly appreciated how they brought their experiences to life by sharing relatable real-world scenarios. This helped solidify the concepts we were learning and made the workshop even more valuable.
Tina McKenzie, Somerville Intermediate School
It was helpful learning about several different frameworks to help me to prepare for challenging conversations. Different examples of questions to ask to keep the ownership on the coachee, rather than swooping in with suggestions about how to 'make things better' were also valuable. The book was a great addition, with resources already inserted [...] opportunities to plan out our own conversations for our own situations.
